A 15 minute long drone doom/sludge combo with fuzzy screaming and basement quality produciton. It's as dark and messy as the art suggests.

It's been a while

Consider this the return of the uterus blog for me.
To celebrate, I'm shamelessly whoring out Monogrim's first album, which I streamed in late January. It's a minimalist stoner/drone record. The album is completely bass driven and features atmospheric tape sounds.

The album was meant to be listened to on cassette for the breakup that tapes make when the volume is cranked. I plan on making my own cds and tapes but those are a few months away.

(sorry for ignoring your needs guys)

It Rained Today

So here's some amazing rainy day albums not called, Lift Yr Skinny Fists.

Fantastic atmospheric folk with some black metal and indie influences fused in.

One woman folk with a post rock and shoegaze vibe. You'll tear up listening to this beautiful mess.

It's The Angelic Process... so sack up and download. Don't forget to support what's left of the band.

MDragynfly still sells merch here.

"This is by far the worst piece of music that has ever been laid upon my ears, imagine white noise playing for 53 minutes with some farting in the mix, there you have Monoliths and Dimensions."
